– The rates quoted for general cargo only (Non-oversize, Non-Perishable & Non-Hazardous), subject to 8% vat, subject to space at the booking time.
– The deadline cargo will be not accepted by any Air Line service.
– As per air-port warehouse, please follow packing for carton must be less than 45kgs per carton, if not, the goods should be packed to pallet for forklift service, the forklift service will be as cost of the warehouse if any.
– Chargeable weight is based on either actual or volume weight, whichever is greater.
– Carrier surcharge is subjected to increase and as per airline outlay.
– Deadline payment: on Departure date for Exp shipment and on Arrival date days for IMP shipment, the late payment charge will be as cost of carrier policy or base our Agreement Between you and Perfect Link if contract signed.
* For inland service if using (Vietnam side): Waiting time: free 2h for Air shipment from the truck/tractor arrived Customer WH, after free time the extra charge will be 20USD/Per waiting time.
– Above charges are not included all fees such as detention, storage, inspection request by customs, inspection service support if any, cargo insurance, loading, unloading & other arising charges not due to Perfect Link ’s fault… will be collected back-to-back as invoice of related parties.
– In case of shipment returned to the loading port, Perfect Link is exempt from liability and the shipper/booking party will be bear for the arisen charge if any.
