-Deadline payment: within 5 days from ETD for EXP, ETA for IMP, Invoice date for logistics service. The late payment charge will be as cost of carrier policy or base our Agreement Between you and Perfect Link if had contract signed.
– Rate subject to 8% vat, space & equipment at the booking time. The deadline cargo will be not accepted by any carrier service.
– Rate subject to change immediately without prior notice as per carrier rules. In case vessel delay, the rate will be applied based on the actual vessel ETD only.
– Above charges are not included local both of end, exp-imp tax, demurrage, detention, storage, repair cont, extra cleaning cont, inspection request by customs, cargo insurance, lift on/off, loading, unloading both of end & other arising charges not due to Perfect Link ’s fault such as charge for entering prohibited road, will be collected back-to-back as invoice of related parties.
– In case of shipment returned to the POL, Perfect Link is exempt from liability and the shipper/booking party will be bear for the arisen charge if any.
– Perfect Link is the agency of the carrier only, the terms and conditions are based on the Agreement between you and Perfect Link and must be subject to the policy and rules of the Carrier your chose for use transport.
– The above regulations are only quoted according to domestic transport law, international maritime law, for the purpose of avoiding unnecessary understanding for customers in the application of the price list. We always accompany customers in any arising case, if any, to solve as well as support the best interests of customers.
